We acquire property on demand- meaning, we will begin the acquisition and quiet title process upon your successful completion of the application process.

Before you contact us, please verify the eligibility of the parcel for our program by verifying that property has been sold to state for at least five years. Alabama Department of Revenue- revenue.alabama.gov or Jefferson County Tax website – eringcapture.jccal.org/caportal (Phone- 205.325.5084)
