OF THE BIRMINGHAM LAND BANK AUTHORITY BOARD  

As Chairman of the Birmingham Land Bank Authority Board, I am calling a regular meeting of the Board to occur on the following date/time:

The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Lot Lease, Clear Title Ownership, and Rehab & Shovel Ready Programs, to consider accepting a bid from Carr Development, LLC for to execute a contract for the Belview Heights Gateway Park Project, to consider executing Catalytic Development agreements with Calalus, Inc. and Crook Family Lands, Inc., to consider a executing a Release of Restrictive Covenants for existing Land Bank contracts, to consider authorizing property tax payments when due or delinquent for properties with Land Bank interests, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
