NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

OF THE BIRMINGHAM LAND BANK AUTHORITY BOARD

As Chairman of the Birmingham Land Bank Authority Board, I am calling a regular meeting of the Board to occur on the following date/time:

Date:               Thursday, January 6, 2022

Time:              2:00 p.m.

Place:              Mayor’s Conference Rooms D&E,
located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 710 20th St N, Birmingham, AL 35203

The purpose of this meeting is to consider a request to extend the construction deadline, a request to assign a property acquisition and transfer agreement from the current owner to a new purchaser for the completion of the development, and transacting such other business or taking such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
