OF THE BIRMINGHAM LAND BANK AUTHORITY BOARD  

As Chairman of the Birmingham Land Bank Authority Board, I am calling a regular meeting of the Board to occur on the following date/time:

The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Lot Lease, Clear Title Ownership, and Rehab & Shovel Ready Programs, to consider exercising the option to regain title to properties with existing Land Bank contracts, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
