OF THE BIRMINGHAM LAND BANK AUTHORITY BOARD  

As Chairman of the Birmingham Land Bank Authority Board, I am calling a regular meeting of the Board to occur on the following date/time:

The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Accelerated Home Ownership Program, consider authorizing the execution of a contract for weed abatement and debris removal in accordance with bid laws, consider approving the transfer of an existing contract to a new applicant, consider authorizing the extension of construction deadlines for applicants with current Land Bank contracts, consider authorizing the release of restrictive covenants for a current Land Bank contract, consider authorizing an acknowledgement of payment and release for the resale of a property, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors
