The purpose of this meeting is to hold board elections, consider approval of applications for Land Bank programming, authorize a request to the Land Commissioner of the State of Alabama for the transfer of certain tax delinquent properties or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
