We are having to make some pivots due to COVID19, but our team is working diligently to push this program forward. The addition of 3 staff members, use of vehicles and dedicated office space will afford us more capacity than ever to be a strong tool in the neighborhood revitalization toolbox.

We are in the process of updating our property management system and data to provide a better experience for staff and the public. Check back in the coming weeks as we release several videos addressing our programming and frequently asked questions

Current Applicants: We have reviewed outstanding applications from this year. The online portal should reflect the current status. We have spent the last few weeks working with our service provider to correct a glitch that did not show the correct statuses.

We are waiting on deeds from the Alabama Department of revenue and will contact you upon receipt and when we are ready to proceed to the next steps.

Potential Applicants: We are as anxious as you are to accept new applications. We anticipated onboarding new staff to deal with applications and programming earlier this year. That has not taken place. We will be resuming the acceptance of applications, hopefully on a rolling basis, once we have additional staff in place and ready to assist. We hope to have our staff in place in August.
