As Chairman of the Birmingham Land Bank Authority Board, I am calling a regular meeting of the Board to occur on the following date/time:

The purpose of this meeting is to consider authorizing the extension of expired construction deadlines to properties with current Land Bank contracts, consider authorizing the regaining title to a property with a current Land Bank contract, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
