The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Accelerated Home Ownership Program, consider authorizing the execution of a contract for weed abatement and debris removal in accordance with bid laws, consider approving the transfer of an existing contract to a new applicant, consider authorizing regaining title to existing contracts, consider authorizing the extension of construction deadlines for applicants with current Land Bank contracts, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
