The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Clear Title Ownership Program (formerly known as the “Clear Title Ownership Program”), consider authorizing the execution of contracts for Weed Abatement and Debris in accordance with bid laws, consider authorizing the extension of construction deadlines for applicants with current Land Bank contracts, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
