BIRMINGHAM LAND BANK PROPERTIES AVAILABLE FOR REHAB READY/ SHOVEL READY PROGRAM
The Rehab Ready Shovel Ready Program is for applicants who want full ownership of a vacant lot or existing home and have plans to rehab, or build within 1 year of closing. Properties start at $5,000 plus fees & closing costs. These properties already have clear title and are ready for closing.
Interested parties are required to submit an interest form and application for each interested property. If your application is accepted, you will be able to get ownership of these properties as soon as a closing date is scheduled.
Interest forms for all eligible properties in the Rehab Ready/ Shovel Ready Program will reopen on September 1st.
Rehab Ready/Shovel Ready Program Applications Information
Minimum price for each property will begin at $5,000 plus closing costs unless otherwise specified. You will put in an offer for the properties that you want to acquire in your application.
