The purpose of this meeting is to consider the approval of applications for Land Bank programming, authorize a request to the Land Commissioner of the State of Alabama for the transfer of certain tax delinquent properties, authorize the repurchase of properties sold by the Land Bank, and consider a request to extend a construction deadline.
